How do I reset my password?+

Select Forgot Password on the sign-in page, enter the email address linked to your account, and follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox.

Why can’t I access my account?+

Check that you are using the correct email address and password. If access is still blocked, contact the Learner Support Team and include your full name, school and grade.

How do I open my learning page?+

Sign in to the eduWorx Learning Hub, open your dashboard, and select the learning page or course assigned to you.

Why can’t I open a course?+

Refresh the page, confirm that you are signed in with the correct account, and check your internet connection. Contact support if the course still does not open.

How do I continue my course progress?+

Open My Courses, select the course you were working on, and continue from the next incomplete lesson or activity.

How do I complete an assessment or activity?+

Open the relevant lesson, read the instructions carefully, complete all required questions or tasks, and select Submit when finished.

How do I access external learning resources?+

Open the resource link provided in your course or learning page. Some resources may open in a new browser tab.

Can I use the LMS on my mobile device?+

Yes. You can use a supported mobile browser or the LearnWorlds mobile application, where available.
